In the 24h gym GYMONE in Zurich-Altstetten it will never be boring, because we have many different training areas, so you can make your training varied and versatile. During a non-binding trial training you have the opportunity to explore the following areas on your own:
Cardio
In our cardio area you'll find the perfect equipment for your warm up or fitness training. Whether you prefer the treadmill, the bike, the cross trainer or the Stairmaster - we guarantee that you will break a sweat and your condition will be challenged.
Functional Training
During Functional Training whole muscle groups are strengthened and you stabilize your joints at the same time. With functional training you don't need to lift weights, because the principle uses only your own body weight for an effective workout. In our functional area you will find several pieces of equipment that support functional training, such as kettlebells, training drops and our artificial turf. Have fun and let off steam!
Strength training
Also for the classic strength training we have at GYMONE of course an area with many fitness machines, through which you can strengthen targeted muscle parts. Our strength training area is suitable for everyone, whether you are an experienced strength trainer or a newcomer who wants to build your muscles. Strength training doesn't have to be about gaining muscle mass, because it can also be used to lose weight or prevent back pain, for example.
Boxing
Fitness Boxing is a popular form of training, but often you have to attend a group class at the gym to get a boxing workout. At GYMONE, this is not necessary. In our studio there is a separate boxing area where you can work out on your own. Here it is allowed to get rid of everyday frustration and let your aggression run free, because let's face it - we all need that from time to time.
Squat Racks
Last but not least, we have our squat racks. We recommend in advance that you do not underestimate them, because on the squat rack you can perform exercises for the whole body. Of course, squats are one of the classic exercises, but on the rack you can also advantageously perform exercises such as deadlifts and front rows, which allows you to work with higher weight and avoid the risk of overexertion. Your body will definitely be grateful!
