GYMONE is open around the clock - you can train 24/7, 365 days a year.

Our trainers are there for you at the following times:

• Monday: 11:30-21:00
• Tuesday to Thursday: 11:30-13:30 & 16:30-21:30
• Friday: 11:30-13:30 & 15:30-20:00
• Saturday: 10:00-14:00

Simply do it online via our website - your trial training at GYMONE in Altstetten is free and non-binding.

Prices start from CHF 150 per session. We will be happy to advise you individually on individual lessons or packages.

For every person you bring to the gym, we'll give you both 1 month off your annual subscription.

Yes, you can pause your subscription in the event of illness or injury. Please bring a doctor's certificate with you.

Yes, you can pause your subscription for a maximum of 3 months. The fee is CHF 50.
