All beginnings are hard, but most of the time the beginning is easier than sticking with it afterwards. On the 1st or (let's be honest) maybe rather on the 2nd of January the motivation is still high, but already after a couple of boring workouts without results you lose courage and soon you realize that "getting fit" is rather something for others. But that's not how it should be this time. Everyone can get fit and everyone can stay fit. It is important that you determine which training is the best solution for you, so that the training is fun. 1. The introduction training
To prevent the workout from becoming boring and you feeling like you're doing the same exercises over and over again that you picked up somewhere at some point, we recommend that you book an introductory workout. At the introductory training you get a whole hour alone with a trainer with whom you can talk about your goals. Together you will design a training plan that suits you and helps you to stay on the ball.
The introductory training is for EVERYONE! If you've never trained before, you'll learn how to get started, and most importantly, you'll learn how to train properly so your body can get used to it. But even if you've been training for a long time and have your own routines, training with a trainer can help you a lot. It can be difficult to change your own routines, and therefore it can be difficult to stay motivated when your routines become boring. An hour with a trainer can show you new ways to train, which can add variety to your workout.
A few months after the introductory training there is also the possibility to adjust the training plan to your achieved training level.
2. Group classes
Another recommendation from us is that you should definitely try our group classes. The group classes are fun and add variety to your workout. We all know how difficult it can be to force yourself to go to the gym. There are plenty of reasons to stay home, and even though you know you'll feel better after your workout, it can often be too tempting to stay home. That's where group classes come in. Once you sign up, you commit to coming, and it's harder to cancel than if you go to workout alone. Maybe bring a friend so you can try something new together. 3. Functional Training
Do you already know our functional area? If not, then you should definitely try it out! In the functional area you can customize your workout. The training takes place with your own body weight, we have an artificial turf and you can train with kettlebells. Once you have tried the workout in the functional area, it will be hard to leave.
4. Fitness boxing
You might be thinking to yourself "I'm not a boxer" - but believe us: Fitness boxing is for everyone! Whether you are a man or a woman, fitness boxing allows you to really work out and train the whole body, and both endurance and speed are required. Boxing is also ideal if you want to lose weight and it also helps to reduce stress. Your body will be grateful after a few classes and you will quickly feel the changes both physically and mentally.
