Description:

Endurance training refers to special forms of training or training programs in different sports. As mentioned above, endurance training is about training endurance, i.e. the ability to perform over a longer period of time. This only works if the cardiovascular system is well developed and trained. Endurance training trains this and thus strengthens general physical fitness and health.
